Presetmator ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website specializing in digital presets for Photomator and Pixelmator applications. Product Description
We sell digital collections of presets for Photomator and Pixelmator photo editing software. These are instant-download digital assets delivered electronically immediately after purchase. All presets are provided in industry-standard formats compatible with specified software versions.
License & Usage
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal/commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or modification of presets for redistribution is strictly prohibited. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any preset files.
Payment Processing
All transactions are processed through Stripe's secure payment gateway. We do not store credit card information. By completing a purchase, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method. Currency conversion fees may apply for non-USD transactions.
Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the intangible nature of instant downloads, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please review product descriptions and compatibility requirements carefully before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
All preset designs, website content, and visual assets remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in civil remedies and criminal penalties under French intellectual property laws (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).
User Obligations
You agree not to use our products for unlawful purposes or infringe on third-party rights. Accounts may be terminated immediately for violation of these terms. Users must be at least 16 years old to purchase digital products under French law.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, or discontinue services without notice. Temporary service interruptions may occur for maintenance. Prices are displayed in USD inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise stated.

Our store utilizes Stripe for payments and Vercel for hosting. While we select reputable partners, we cannot be held responsible for third-party service interruptions. Payment processors have separate privacy policies governing transaction data.

Liability Limitation
